It's live and shared. Every job you add is saved to the shop's cloud database and shows up for everyone on the crew, on any device, instantly. Install it on your phone (like an app) • iPhone (Safari): tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen." • Android (Chrome): tap the ⋮ menu, then "Install app" / "Add to Home Screen." It'll get its own icon and open full-screen. Adding a job Tap "New Entry," fill in what matters, snap or attach photos, and Save. You don't have to fill every field. Login Everyone uses the shop's crew login. You stay signed in on your device, so it's one tap to open. Backup "Backup" downloads a copy of all jobs as a file. "Import" merges a backup back in.
